Am I Anorexic? Please Help Me!?

So I’m a 14 year old girl. I’m somewhere around 4’11 and I weigh 75 pounds. A lot of people tell me that I’m really skinny and I need to gain some weight but I don’t believe them. Towards the end of the school year, I started to eat less and less. For a couple months, I wouldn’t eat breakfast, eat a baby orange or some fruit for lunch, and whatever my mom made for dinner but not a whole lot. No snacks after school or after dinner. My mom always packs my lunch for school and I would always hide the food that I didn’t eat under my bed. I was in track but I quit because I got so light headed from running and I think it was because I wasn’t eating enough. At the end of the school year, I started to eat more, probably because I was happy about summer. Throughout the summer, I’ve been eating more, a little too much I think. I’ve been eating a lot of sweets and junk food but I haven’t gained any weight. Now I feel horrible and since school starts soon, I’m feeling the urge to starve myself again. Was I even starving myself? Also, I think I might have depression and anxiety… And maybe probably social anxiety disorder. I don’t know if that has anything to do with this… I feel like I ate A LOT today but now when I look back, I didn’t… I had half of a poptart, two packs of fruitsnacks, and rice, a bun, and a few bites of salmon for dinner… I know this isn’t healthy for me but I can’t help feeling HORRIBLE when I eat. Somedays when I try to not eat, I end up getting really hungry and eat. It makes me sad and feel like I can’t accomplish anything. I weigh myself almost everyday and I usually look to see how many calories I’m eating but I don’t add them up to see how many I took in that day. Am I anorexic? Please help me. I really don’t want to tell anyone. I’m feeling like food is taking over my life. :'(
